Madeleines

Ingredients :IMG_6360

  • 100g sugar
  • 100g flour
  • 100g unsalted butter,melted
  • 2 eggs
  • lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1tsp vanilla extract

Procedure : 

  • Beat eggs and sugar
  • Add the flour gradually
  • Add melted butter,lemon zest and juice and vanilla,mix well until creamy
  • Spread the mould with butter and fill each well with one spoonful of preparation
  • Cook 5 mins at 240 degrees C then 10 more mins at 200 degrees C
  • You can dip them in melted chocolate
