Eggplants ‘Riste’ Lasagnes

Preparation time: 10 min

Cooking time: 30 min  

1 to 2 jars of Aubergine Riste 600 g, 250 g of lasagne, 2 glasses of milk, 2 tablespoons of cream , some grated cheese.  

Place a layer of eggplant on the bottom of the gratin dish, cover with plates of lasagna, and so on until it is about 3 layers. Pour milk and “crème fraîche” on top and top with grated cheese. Place in oven (180 °) for about 30 minutes. To be served hot with a nice salad.
