- 1 liter full cream milk
- 6 eggs
- 150g sugar
- 2 tea spoons of vanilla extract
- caramel ( option)
- Boil the milk with sugar and vanilla.
- Beat the eggs in a salad bowl.
- Blend the eggs with the milk.
- Add one caramel tea spoon in each ramekin ( option)
- Add the mix of eggs and milk at the top.
- Cook in the oven during 20 minutes, 160°, with « bain marie ».
