Creme “renversée”

Ingredients

  • 1 liter full cream milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 150g sugar
  • 2 tea spoons of vanilla extract
  • caramel ( option)

Directions : 

  1. Boil the milk with sugar and vanilla.
  2. Beat the eggs in a salad bowl.
  3. Blend the eggs with the milk.
  4. Add one caramel tea spoon in each ramekin ( option)
  5. Add the mix of eggs and milk at the top.
  6. Cook in the oven during 20 minutes, 160°, with « bain marie ».
